    MY STORY

    Hi, I'm Aleksandra.

I'm 40 years old, have been married for 16 years, and I'm a mother of two incredible children. Looking back, I think my journey began long before I ever realized it.

    WHERE IT BEGAN

As a child, I always felt a little different. I struggled with rules that didn't make sense to me and often questioned why things had to be done a certain way. While other children were playing, I could spend hours looking through Otto catalogs, imagining different homes, different lives, and different possibilities.

I didn't know it then, but I was already fascinated by the idea that there is always more than one way to live.

    A WINDING PATH

My path wasn't a straight one

I was first accepted into an accounting program, but after only six months I realized my heart wasn't in it. I changed direction and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, specializing in Hygienic and Decorative Cosmetology. For several years I worked in a medical aesthetics clinic, helping people care for their skin. But over time I realized something important.

Beautiful skin wasn't created by creams alone.

Stress, emotions, relationships, lifestyle, purpose, and the way we experience life all leave their imprint on us. I knew I wanted to understand people more deeply.

    CREATING & TEACHING

I've always loved creating. In 2011, I opened my own beauty company and began working as a permanent makeup artist. What started as a profession soon became something much bigger — I began teaching artists around the world, speaking internationally, developing educational programs, mentoring thousands of students, and building businesses and educational systems that continue to serve people today.

Whether I'm creating a course, mentoring professionals, or designing a client experience, I do it with the same values: integrity, excellence, and genuine care. I believe meaningful work is built on trust, thoughtful systems, and a commitment to doing things well.

    MY GREATEST TEACHERS

My children have been some of my greatest teachers. When my son was born, something inside me began to shift. He challenged many of my beliefs about life, education, and what children are truly capable of. As we traveled together, I watched him effortlessly adapt to new cultures, languages, and environments. He taught me that there is rarely only one right answer, one belief, or one way to live.

Travel became one of my greatest teachers as well. The more people I met and cultures I experienced, the more curious I became about human behavior, relationships, and what truly helps us heal and thrive.

Then, when my daughter was born, she brought a new sense of softness, love, joy, and light into our family. Around that time, I felt deeply drawn inward — toward meditation, self-discovery, and understanding the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and the way we experience life. That curiosity eventually led me beyond beauty.

    TURNING INWARD

Over the years, I explored meditation, breathwork, movement, Kundalini yoga, energy work, and heart-opening cacao ceremonies. I trained with Pi Villaraza in the Philippines, became a Life Force Energy Activation facilitator, and spent years learning throughout Asia and South America.

During that time, I guided both groups and individuals through experiences using music, breath, movement, meditation, and cacao rituals. Witnessing people reconnect with themselves, release emotions, and experience moments of profound peace was incredibly meaningful.

Over time, I began to notice something across the personal growth and healing community as a whole. Many people would attend retreats, ceremonies, meditation workshops, or healing experiences and leave feeling lighter, inspired, deeply connected, and genuinely transformed. Yet weeks or months later, many found themselves returning to the same patterns, the same relationships, and the same struggles that had brought them there in the first place.

Profound experiences can open the door to change, but lasting transformation requires integration — understanding what happened, making sense of it, and learning how to bring those insights into everyday life, relationships, decisions, and habits.

    THE BRIDGE

For a long time, I was the person everyone came to with their problems. I genuinely wanted to help, but I often relied only on intuition and common sense. I knew there had to be a more grounded, evidence-informed way to support people through meaningful and lasting change.

Then, one day, my son unexpectedly showed me a Master's program in Integrative Psychology. The moment I began reading about it, everything seemed to click into place. It felt as though all the experiences, questions, and lessons I had gathered over the years were suddenly connecting. My entire body filled with excitement — I had goosebumps for what felt like hours.

I'm endlessly grateful that I chose to trust that feeling and begin the journey.

    WHAT I BELIEVE

I don't believe people need fixing. I believe most of us carry patterns that once protected us but no longer serve us. When we begin to understand those patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, we create space for something new.

My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you reconnect with who you've always been beneath the fear, expectations, and old stories — to build healthier relationships, trust yourself more deeply, and create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is hearing clients tell me they feel calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves after our sessions. Some describe reconnecting with their inner child. Others say they finally understand patterns they have carried for years. Many leave with a renewed sense of hope, clarity, and direction.

Those moments remind me why I do this work.

    MY HOPE IS SIMPLE

To help people create lasting change — not only in the moments they spend with me, but in the way they experience themselves, their relationships, and their everyday lives long after our work together.
